Mon. June 2 —Summer Reading Sign-up Begins...WE ARE GO FOR LAUNCH

The Reading PAWS Read-to-Dogs, Apollo and Dusty, will be at the Main Library on Saturday, May 10 from 10 am until 12 pm in the Activity Room. Come and read to Apollo or Dusty, both GREAT listeners who love to be read to. For all ages.

"STARSHIP ADVENTURE @ YOUR LIBRARY," our Summer Reading Program 2008, will launch Monday, June 2, for children of all ages, readers and not-yet-readers alike. Registration will begin in the Children's Department on June 2, when registrants will decide their reading goals, fill out registration cards, and get their reading logs and bookmarks. There will be special guests, story times, crafts, prizes, LOTS of good books to read, andmore! All you space explorers, join us for the STARSHIP ADVENTURE! 3, 2, 1, WE HAVE LIFT OFF!

THE SNUGGLE BUG CLUB Baby Lapsit Story Time, for newborns up to children 18 months of age, will meet on Friday, May 23 at 10:00 am.
TODDLER TIME:  For children ages 18 months to 3 years.  Monday and Tuesday at 10 a.m., followed by crafts at 10:30 a.m., in the Activity Room.
PRESCHOOL STORY TIME:  For children ages 3 to 5 years.  Wednesday and Thursday at 10 a.m., followed by crafts at 10:30 am. 
BILINGUAL STORY TIME:  With Cecilia Melo-Romie, native of Chile.  For both English and Spanish speakers.  Come at 6 pm, Tuesday,  May 13 for stories followed by milk and cookies  provided by The Palette Gallery.
PAJAMA STORY TIME:  With Ms. Kathleen. Stories, games, audience participation, reading awards, and more.  For parents and children of all ages.  Milk and cookies follow.  Thursday, May 15 at 6:30 pm.
