Income Tax Preparation Asisitance

Income Tax preparation assistance will be available at the Fairview Library every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday through April 15. Appointments can be made on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, and on Saturday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Call the Library at 615-799-1399 to schedule an appointment.

20th Anniversary Reception

A reception to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Fairview Public Library will be held on Tuesday, February 23 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the Library. Everyone is welcome. Remarks will be made by Janice Keck, WCPL Director, at 4:30 pm. Enjoy refreshments furnished by the Friends of the Library, photos of the Grand Opening in 1990, and a video of the groundbreaking ceremony with Dr. Van Bowie.

Homeschool Workshop & Book Signing

On Thursday, February 18 at 4:30 pm, Karen Costello, author of Go Fly a Kite: Ten Surprising Strategies for Success in Your Homeschool, will present a program to encourage and motivate homeschool groups. She will also be autographing copies of her book.

Story Times @ Fairview

Toddler Time Every Tuesday at 10:00 am for children age 18-36 months. No registration is required.

Preschool Story Time Every Wednesday at 10:00 am during the school year for 3-5 year olds. No registration required.

Book Clubs @ Fairview

The Fairview Book Club for adults will meet on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 5:30 pm.

The FPL Writers Group will meet Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 6:00 pm to discuss their creative writing experiences and marketing resources. New members are welcome.

TWRA Boating Exam

The Fairview Library now offers proctoring of the TWRA Boating Exam. Please call for an appointment to be sure that a certified proctor will be available.
