Special Events

	Income Tax Preparation Asisitance
	Income Tax preparation assistance will be available at the Fairview Library for residents whose income in 2009 was less than $49,000. Volunteers from VITA will be available every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday through April 15. Appointments can be made on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 - 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Call the Library at 615-799-1399 to schedule an appointment.

Story Times @ Fairview

Toddler Time Every Tuesday at 10:00 am for children age 18-36 months. No registration is required.

Preschool Story Time Every Wednesday at 10:00 am during the school year for 3-5 year olds. No registration required.

Book Clubs @ Fairview

The Fairview Book Club for adults will meet on Thursday, Mar. 11 at 5:30 pm to discuss The Story Sisters by alice Hoffman.

The Avid Readers Book Club will meet on Wednesday, Mar. 24 at 1:00 pm to discuss the books that individual members have read during the past month. New members are always welcome to both groups. Call 799-0235 or email the Library for more information.

Fairview Public Library Writers Group

The FPL Writers Group will meet Tuesday, Mar. 16 at 6:00 pm to discuss their creative writing experiences and marketing resources. New members are welcome.

TWRA Boating Exam

The Fairview Library now offers proctoring of the TWRA Boating Exam. Please call for an appointment to be sure that a certified proctor will be available.

Friends of Fairview Library

The Friends of the Fairview Library group will meet on Tuesday, Mar. 2 at 1:00 pm at the Library.
