Library users who have TLC stickers on their library cards can check out materials free of charge at all participating public libraries.
TLC borrowers will be subject to the rules of the lending library and will be
treated as any other borrower would be in terms of overdue fines, lost charges,
etc.
TLC borrowers will be expected to return materials to the
lending library.
If Williamson County residents wish to participate in the program, ask a staff
member to attach a TLC sticker to your library card and visit public libraries
that are listed on this brochure.

All libraries of the Williamson County Public Library system participate in the TLC program.
- TLC borrowers may check out a maximum of:
25 items per card
three (3) books per subject
five (5) audio books/CD's
five (5) DVD movies
five (5) VHS videos
two (2) CD-ROM's
- Loan periods:
books, audio books, and CD's: 3 weeks
videos/DVD's: 1 week
- Fines:
books, audio books: 10 cents/day
videos/DVD's: $1.00/day
