POETRY MONTH: We are accepting poems from teens age 12-18 from April 1-30. Drop off your entry in the Teen Room on the 2nd floor. Limit 3 entries per person.

We will announce winners at our Summer Reading Kick-off May 19 --> 4-5pm –

Teen Movie Nite: 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, April. 24.  Stop by after school for a showing of AN EXTREMELY GOOFY MOVIE! Snacks will be provided! 

Teen UNO Tournament: 4-5 p.m. Monday, April. 30.  Stop by the Teen Room after school for an UNO tournament to end all Uno Tournaments! Prizes will be awarded!

Libraries Rock! Summer Reading 2018

NEW!! Teen Yoga with Niki : 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 2. Bring your zen! Special guest Niki Horner will be teaching a class especially for teens about mindfulness - focusing on yoga poses, breathing, and meditation. Mats will be provided.

Teen Art Club:  4-5 p.m.  Friday, May 4.  Stop by and make some art and some new friends! Bring your materials or use our sketchbooks and colored pencils. 

Teen Anime Club: 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 9.  Stop by for a showing of FAIRYTALE. Like what you see – join our Anime Club and help us select future showings!

Teen Summer Reading Kickoff & Poetry Slam: 12-5 p.m. Saturday, May 19. Kick off our summer reading program, “Libraries Rock!”, with pizza, a Rock Band competition, and more! We will end with a Poetry Slam from 4-5pm where we will announce our Poetry Contest winners!

Teen Movie Afternoon: 2-4 p.m. Monday, May 21.  Kick off the first week of summer by joining us for a showing of DESPICABLE ME 2! Snacks will be provided!

Introduction to Dungeons & Dragons: 2-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 23 & 30.  Join the quest this summer, as the Teen Library presents "An Introduction to Dungeons & Dragons," the classic game of fantasy storytelling. Teen Game Afternoon: 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, May 29.  Join us for an afternoon of games including Uno, Yahtzee, Stratego and more.
